When pavement is worn, cracked, and gray on top but still structurally sound underneath, you don't need to start over — you need an overlay. We mill or prepare the existing surface, correct failed sections, then pave a fresh lift of hot-mix asphalt across the whole area. The result looks, drives, and lasts like new pavement at a substantial saving over full reconstruction.
